PROJECT: Development of a new build and replacement of existing double garage
STATUS: Completed
This project consisted of designing and overseeing construction for a single detached dwelling on a plot of land adjacent to the owners property.
The house features a range of architectural details to create intrigue (as shown above), these help to give the property a more personal feeling which is most desired in residential properties.
The whole property was tested for air tightness to ensure the highest standards are met, increasing energy efficiency and therefore the sustainability of the design.
